Knowledge base
A structured, queryable store of information; in this context, one built from your own transcribed audio so people or AI agents can search and cite it.
A knowledge base is a structured, queryable store of information. Here it means the private archive built from your own recordings — meetings, calls, interviews, lectures — not a public customer-support help center. Audio is transcribed, chunked and indexed so that a question returns passages from your actual content, with attribution.
This is where transcription stops being loose text files and becomes retrievable memory. Once transcripts are embedded and stored in a vector database, the knowledge base is what RAG and AI agents search at query time to ground their answers in what was actually said.
